I was pleased the staff on 1 floor was very kind and spoke to me as I go through the aisle. I was surprised because drinks in the room was free, not charged.It was nice service. The location was good and it took about 5 minutes on foot from Fukuoka airport to the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus from international to domestic flight in the Airport. Thanks to the hotel staff we're able to come by free pickup from domestic flight to hotel. I was very thankful that The pickup came soon when contacted because I had lots of luggage. I went on foot to the airport as I understood the directions on the way back . It was close. The hotel near the airport is very convenient for me because I often go to Fukuoka on business trips. So I'll also use this hotel.
