After my dad found there’s a broken paper in his soup, he just lost all his appetite for the breakfast. We complained about this situation to the stuff, they promised they’ll find out why this happened. Till now I still got no response for the miss. I can truly understand the stuffs are human, and human make mistakes. But what I can’t accept is the attitude that the hotel treated us. So disappointed!
