it was good, in term of value and service. we liked the amtosphere on Montan provided, very model and energetic. we stayed at a triple room, with private bathroom + toilet. but the public bathroom, washroom downstair on 2/F was also good, clean and spacious! breakfast less choice but it's already good enough as it is free. location is a bit off, but for us there's no problem walking to Hakata station, it is just about 10 mins walk.
