The hotel staff is very friendly and give us a sense of home. Everyone serves you from the heart. Before we checked in, a Chinese speaking staff contacted me to confirm the arrival time. Although it was raining heavily when we arrived, a tall and handsome young man helped us by carrying on our luggage and holding up umbrella. The girl who served our room is very nice, responsible, thoughtful and meticulous. Thank her for her hard working. The interior of the hotel is very new and the layout is exquisite and appropriate. The food is very delicious and delicate, including sashimi fish, shrimp, beef and many local seasonal vegetable ect., which made me feel the quality is similar to the Michelin restaurants in Kyoto. The hot spring is very comfortable and quiet, and the outside hot springs have a sense of integration with nature. The hotel offers a very good experience, and I really hope to take my parents to feel it next time.
