Staffs not ready for foreign visitors. Information for big taxi/van reservation for departure was messy and inconsistent to confuse customers. Even lecturing customers shall do it 2 days in advance. However we did 4 days prior to our departure being told no need, just to grab one downstairs for airport. Such unprofessional service should not meet standards by Mitsui such a well-known hotel chain in Japan. Very disappointed.
