The onsen is very good. Am happy to have stayed and enjoyed it. The room is relatively big but the terrace was dirty and old. not inviting at all. Both dinner and breakfast had a very big variety of foods, but none of them was high-quality. not tasty. It seems that this hotel is like a factory. Welcoming many guests with no particular attention to food.
It was very hard to take the food because there weren't regular flat plates. just bowls. Also, I was very disappointed by the lack of cutlery. We were offered plastic cutlery and disposable chopsticks. I couldn't believe it! It is not nice to eat with plastic cutlery, not to talk about nature and recycling awareness. pity.
