1. We booked 7 nights for 2 rooms and have sent e-mail to arrange adjacent rooms, but hotel arranged in different floors. When we checked in on Apr. 3 12:00pm the front desk manager told us that they could not arrange adjacent rooms due to fully booked for this period and we needed to stay in different floor for a week. His attitude was very poor. Finally we found that he was telling lie. - bad 2. Next day in the morning, we talked to another Nepalian manager, he was very nice to help us and has arranged the adjacent rooms for us. - good 3. The twin bed rooms (18 sqm) were very small for two beds and no spaces for our luggage. - bad

We will train our staff completely and try to not to repeat such a thing again. Regarding your room type, your reservation was Economy twin room. There are several types of twin rooms(larger room)in our hotel. If you have the next opportunity, we will be waiting for you. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
