Owners of the Ryokan are so friendly that they personally showed us around the place, for Hatsumode (first shrine visit of the year) and the sun rise spot.
Rooms and bath rooms are also very clean. Did not expect such a quality service for the given price!

One of the best Ryokan stays in recent years!
Owners of the Ryokan are so friendly that they personally showed us around the place,

この度はご宿泊有難うございます。
年末年始は毎日晴天に恵まれて最高でした。
色々なお話をしながら
神社や海辺を一緒にお散歩させて頂いた事は、
私にとって、素敵な思い出になりました。
また、初日の出のベストスポットを
調べておきます^^
帰り際に、
また直島に来ますね、綺麗なお部屋が良かったですよ
とお声掛け下さった事が嬉しかったです。
