7月10日宿泊しました、部屋・受付コンシェルジュ・サービスは申し分が無くとても快適でした。ですが、バイキングはとてもショックでした。9時半頃に伺ったのですが、おかずが品切れなのは納得できますが、白米が無くスタッフに聞いてももう少々御時間がかかりますと言われパン食を勧められる。。結局バイキング終了まで出てこなく主食がないバイキングが初めてでとても残念でした。また、調理場のスタッフも全く料理の補充もする気がなく対応も悪めと感じてしまいました。コンシェルジュ等受付の方々はとても素晴らしいだけあってとても残念に感じてしまいました。

朝食の際に料理の補充が十分になかったこと、またその際のご対応により、ご迷惑と不愉快なお気持ちにさせてしまった事深くお詫び申し上げます。
今後はこの様なことがないよう、レストランでの接客や人数や状況に合わせたお料理の補充方法を見直し、ご満足いただける朝食の提供に努めて参ります。

We are delighted to know that you were satisfied with the service and room quality.
Please kindly allow us to clarify that dinner is not served buffet-style, but as a Japanese-style course menu. To accompany this, we offer a wide selection of wines, sake, whiskeys, Japanese liquors, and other beverages for our guests to enjoy.
That said, we truly appreciate your comments regarding food and drink variety. We always welcome suggestions on what guests would like to see added to the menu, and your feedback will be valuable for our team to further improve the dining experience.
