We booked the standard twin room and stayed for two nights. It takes 5 minutes to walk from Shinbashi station. The space is a little bit limited as both of us bring two big suitcases. I enjoyed the view from the lobby and the breakfast. It would be great if more choices of bread are offered. The staff at the front were nice. I could say the two days stay were quite comfortable considering the price of this monitor plan.

There rooms are equipped a luggage space and more bigger than Standard Twin room.
