I’m from Hong Kong and it’s my first time staying in this hotel. It’s very new and easy to access. It’s linked with the underground mall which allows me moving from the Nagoya station or kokusai-Center station without going outside which is perfect for rainy days. The room is clean and new. Staff are nice and speak English well. The public onsen/spa is spacious and clean as well. I will stay here again if I visit Nagoya again!
