I want to send my luggage to the next hotel by courier service. I took my luggage to the hotel counter and asked the staff for help. I can speak simple English but the staff couldn't understand it. Then I turned on Google Translate on my iPhone, translated English to Japanese, and showed him what I wanted to do. After he read it, he didn't say anything, just gave me a courier form. I don’t know how to fill in the form, so I showed him the Japanese name, address and phone number of the next hotel, and asked him to help fill it out. But he just stood there without any response. I tried to fill in the form, but I can't write Japanese word, so I gave up and didn't send my luggage.
