When you arrive the main entrance of the hotel, no one is there. No bellboy services, customers had to carry luggage by themselves for walking over 200 meters. Unfriendly and unprofessional front desk staff who can’t meet customers’ request. Staff with bad English who cannot communicate with simple English. The beef at dinner consisted of just six small pieces which are hard to be described as a main course. The salad was very salty. Dirty room with dust on bathroom wall. Noisy room without sound proof and you can hear traffic noise clearly through windows. Blinds inside the bathroom are broken. No public bath which is common for hotels in Japan. The worst travel experience ever for visiting Japan for more than 20 times, will not recommend for anyone for coming
