We stayed for 6 days but the housekeeping didn’t clean our room even once. I don’t know their cleaning procedure but we hang the green sign to clean the room. But when we arrived from our trip no one cleaned the room they just hang towels inside the plastic on the door. I’m disappointed since we are very tired and we want to sleep in a clean room and fresh sheets without garbage inside. But, nevertheless we still want to book from this hotel since it’s very cheap and it’s near the kakogawa station. And also, the front desk were very nice and approachable even though we don’t speak much of their language.
We are sorry that we were unable to provide this trip to your satisfaction despite your choice of our hotel. I understand that a green card was issued. However,if you go out with the key in your hand ,you can`t go into cleaning. Please use it again if you have a chance.
