We checked out at 9am and leave the luggage. We told the front desk we will collect them later. We went back to the hotel on 1:15pm but nobody was on the front desk. We cannot go inside by the pin lock. We tried to ring the door bell and knocked the glass door for more than 15 minutes but no one responded. We can not contact the hotel by phone because we are tourist and can not speak Japanese.
We were very anxious because we need to take the reserved train to Kansai Airport soon.
Fortunately we found a shop selling clothes which was located next to the hotel. The lady is very very kind and helpful. She called the hotel by phone then a man opened the door for us.
