Rakuten allows us to pay by credit card, but this hotel inquired us to pay cash, later we found out money was withdrawn from our account as well. Hotel’s location is not 7 mins from Hakata station. It is actually 15 mins!The room is unbelievably small. If my husband sits on the chair, then he blocks all the way to move around the room. The real trouble was the morning we check out. We were late for 20 mins. The cleaning lady knocked on our door 3 times, even tried to open the door to get in. Everytime, I had to move my heavy luggage to make way to open the door, when I could open the door, she was there anymore. Then there was announcement through the speaker in the room. And then, a receptionist called to ask us to check out. Wouldn’t you be angry if you are called to get out 5 times in 20 mins? We ended up forgetting small things in the room. I had never experience a hotel which wants to get rid of guests as soon as possible like that. I would never come back to this hotel again.
