We stayed 2 nights in this trip. We took night flight and arrived around 2400 at 8/3, check in service very efficient and the room was nice and cozy. Excellent buffet and staff communicated well. We were leaving Kansai at 13/3 early morning and the night before we stayed in the hotel again. Because of the good experience we had last time, we didn't aware at once that the bathroom had smell, the urine smell came from toilet probably. So dissapointed to be happened in a 5 star hotel but we are too tired to complain and after all, we have to check out at 0615 for the early flight. We hope the hotel can strive hard to improve their cleaning and hygiene.

However, we sincerely apologize for your bad experience that we have caused you due to our neglect of duty for the toilet cleaning. Although we always remind our staff to check the room after cleaning to make sure that it has been tidied up, we were not able to do such basic essential matters at all. We were deeply ashamed of having made such poor services. We have already informed with the department concerned and rest assured that this incident will not happen again.
We strongly believe that the suggestions and comments from our guests are absolutely essential to us to improve our everyday service.
