This time I stayed for three consecutive nights. There was a Do Not Disturb sign outside the room, but I was still knocked on the door and told to clean the room. In the dining area late at night at the izakaya robatayaki Osakaya, the bill was miscalculated, and we were not given a signature to confirm. We checked out the next day. We were also overcharged. We were supposed to eat large intestine pot for one person, but it was counted as a large portion. The difference was more than 3,000 yen. We took photos to prove that we were overcharged. The hotel staff kept confirming that a lot of money was wasted. It took a long time to change the correct bill for us to pay, which made us almost miss the airport. The female service staff of Robatayaki Osakaya is really terrible.
