I have stayed at your Hotel for 2 nights.
The dinners have so disappointed me which I have never experienced at any Hotels in Japan.
On my first night dinner, I found the ふぐfish for sabu sabu was not fresh. So I requested to change the ふぐfish to other fish for the dinner at second night. However, the chef took away many other dishes such as steak, sabu sabu and steam egg etc.
What terrifies me a lot is the 前菜 and 酢物.
To my surprise, the chef only gave us a tiny piece of the cake which was served as the dessert(デザート) at last night dinner! Was it the leftovers? And 酢物, there were only just three simple pickles. They just gave us a small slice of cod fish as焼物.
Our room charge is around JPY50,000 per night, and we have been served with this below standard dinner! Absolutely it is not value for money!
