立地がよいので、出張時にいつもこちらのホテルを利用しています。会社の同僚と2回で合計14部屋ほどを利用したことあります。
今回利用したときにクレジット決済などにトラブルがあってホテルに連絡したら、予約部のCHERRYというスタッフさんの対応も態度もめちゃくちゃ悪かったです。ホテルを利用するのにこんな腹立つのが初めてです。
もう、絶対利用しません。
