Lovely hotel in a good location, just a quick uphill walk from the train station (there is also a shuttle bus available twice every hour). The room with the open-air bath was perfect, super clean, and organized. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very well-served. I couldn't enjoy the public baths since I have tattoos, so I cannot evaluate that. However, the open-air batch on the room was fantastic, with a good size accommodating 2 people comfortably, beautifully decorated, and easy to use. Totally recommended for your stay in Hakone.

I couldn't enjoy the public baths since I have tattoos, so I cannot evaluate that. However, the open-air batch on the room was fantastic, with a good size accommodating 2 people comfortably, beautifully decorated, and easy to use.
