We encounter many problems at this hotel: - 1st night the room next door was very noisy, we had to change room the next day. The new room was smaller, but quieter....for 2 nights. - our last night was the worst: the people in the room above us were running, throwing heavy stuff on the floor, and that went from about 8:30 to over midnight . I complain many times to the front desk, without result as the noise kept going on. My kids couldn’t sleep, and the front desk couldn’t get that guest to stop. I feel like the hotel did not care about us, and that’s very sad.

We are grateful for your staying our hotel. As you stayed in our hotel for four nights, two nights were dreadful. We are extremely sorry for the luck of the service.
