I enjoyed a family stay in the hotel. The location was perfect, very close to Hakata station and there was even an underground connection to the hotel lobby with lifts. The room was very clean, comfortable and pretty large in Japanese standard especially for hotels around city centres. The service was great. Staff was very helpful and a lot of them could communicate in English. However, the hotel is lack of a self-service laundry room and the hotel laundry service is expensive. I really hope the hotel could install some coin-operated clothes washing and drying machines for the convenience of travelers.

We will carry on our efforts to make the Hotel Nikko Fukuoka a better place than over where the guests can enjoy comfortable stay.
Incidentally, we know how you feel with regards to the coin-operated clothes washing and dry machines. But it is very difficult for us to install them newly.
Therefore, we would like to use your opinion as reference.
Please visit us if you have a chance to come to Fukuoka city.
