When we check-in, we were told to gave our passport for checking in and we did so (well, it is normal steps for checking in). But when we had put back our passport into our backpack, the lady who helped us to check-in asked us to fill in the form for personal data, while we are asked to fill in the passport number!! And I asked the lady to help us check the passport number (i assume she had a photo copy) so that we no need to find out our passport again. But the lady did not do so. We need to find out our passport from our backpack. (you know? we had large baggages with us and how trouble it was!)
Okay, fine! We finally finished our check-in. However, even we had large baggages with us, the lady told us to use the escalator (with stairs!) instead of elevator!
On the other hand, the facilities was old. By the way, there was no coin laundry.
It charge so expensive but the service was not satisfied! Anyway, I would never choose to visit this hotel again!!
