First of all, we are drive a car to this hotel and take off all the luggage at the entrance and no staff come out for help. when I came in to the front desk, I ask the staff where is the parking area as we need to park the car. He ignored my question and just process the check in process and let me know the onsen area, restaurant location etc. Finally, I asked him again where is the car parking and then he told me the location and let us know how to take the parking lift to accommodation floor. If he come to entrance when our car arrival and let us know no need take off the luggage and just finish the check in process and finally drive the car to parking area and take parking lift to accommodation floor. We would have much convenience.
