The environment of hotel and the spa is good and comfortable. However, the total fee listed from the webpage does not include the tax and managementfees. They only mentioned in the webpage but the amount of tax and mangement fees didn't included in the total fee searched from rakuten website which made the total amount that we needed to pay was much higher than what we expected. Payment in hotel is 17666yen and total fee in confirmation letter was 12960yen.
Thank you for using our hotel.The log house costs 12960 yen for basic charge and administrative expenses for the number of people(1446 yen for adults / 907 yen for elementary school students, 4 years old to 6 years old 648 yen)will be charged.It is stated on the reservation page.I am sorry for confusion.
