A terrible experience that we had yesterday at Beach Tower: 1 old, out dated facilities 2 last time I checked it was 21 century? No wifi provided ? 3 bad service, no English speaking staff, some of them are snob with poker faces. 4 Price is not compatible, so you place some poor animal in the lobby, some crap craft making (charging extra) tables, some unhealthy fried frozen food on a low table kids at bf canteen and called itself a family hotel? 5 no ice machine?? I called the counter and they told me to get it at store myself, time with attitude. 7amenities are cheap and minimal. 8 the elevator makes you feel like you are at some kind of red light district, with dark red lamps, and it's slow and humid, yucks. 9 I called few weeks ago for booking a stroller, there wasn't any record when I arrived, and when i went down to ask the staff, i was put on wait for 5 mins before they told me there was none. 10 terrible walking flow plan.

Regarding a stroller which you reserved, we were embarrassed for our apparent mistake and please accept our apology. Please understand that we are withholding introduction for sanitary reason about the ice machine. We are so sorry for gave you trouble about poor service and no speaking English staff. We will train our staff hardly and try to not to repeat such a thing again. We take your opinion seriously and we will make every possible effort to prevent a recurrence.
