The room is much smaller that it looks on the website and the facilities are a little bit old. To my surprise, There is no wireless Lan in the room! Towels are smelly. Maybe it is because of the humidity. The service is nice; however, I still think it costs too much for such a hotel.

We do regularly maintaining our facilities, but it is getting old and has made you disappointed. To fill this inconvenience, we will make our hotel more relaxing place where the guests can enjoy the Frano’s vast nature. In addition, we made our LAN cable rental for free!! So please ask the person at front desk at your next stay. Thank you very much for your valuable advice. We are all hoping to see you in Frano again.
