It’s a big hotel with different buildings. I was given a room in Azarashi building. The room itself was fine, plenty of space for one person. Strong and low AC temperature and bright room. The one star is for the unit bathroom. I wish ZERO star is available.
20 years of Japan travel experience and stayed in different types of accommodation. This is the smallest unit bathroom. So small that the shower curtain was touching my arm when I showered so I had to leave it open. The shower curtain was dirty. Blue color shower curtain with black marks near the bottom. Must be mold. The metal parts of the unit bathroom was rusty and moldy. The plastic parts also looked moldy.
I bought Kitami mint spray and sprayed the unit bathroom daily to try to keep the bad odor down. AC temperature was low, so it also helped a bit to keep the bad odor down.
Should’ve been a at least 3.5 stars review, only giving 1 star because of the unit bathroom.
