1. Hotel only can be reached via phone, no e-mail address for customers to ask question 2. The front desk can't answer customer's question in English, if you can't speak Japanese, this hotel may not fully understand what you want 3. I don't feel any service from front end, especially the breakfast, my family have 5 people, but another 2 customers enter our seat and ate our breakfast, how impossible it happens! 4. This is my first time to see cockroach in Japan's Hotel... 5. Door to balcony, door to bathroom is broken, when you open it, you may get hurt
Oh, the room is really big just like the photo on the rakuten page, if you like big room, it won't let you disappointed
