We arrived around 9 in the evening after about 15 minutes walk from the station through a silent, dimmy small town street. The inn was not big and the facility was quite simple. However, the delicacy of Japanese country life could be found everywhere. A private garden with various flowers, some small tree roots holding an ever green plant, several ikebana (Japanese style flower arrangement) scattered along the corriders and public washing rooms. It is the first time I found sized yogata (after cleaning and drying, the yogata was sized and stiffened with light rice soup). What's more, it is a very nice surprise that the hotel provided us a drive to Takeda Castle in the early morning. We were waken up by the wife of the owner around 5:45, and were seen off with a large smile. And we were lucky enough to view the floating smoky ancient castle with a lot of photograhers and hikers. So amazing experience. This is really a nice inn to stay around Takeda.
