We were very warmly welcomed by the staff of this ryokan. It was a trip for my husband's birthday celebration. I didn't expect anything, but the ryokan prepared a nice birthday cake for us! That was very lovely. The staff were awesome, they tried their best to communicate with us in English (and my husband and I tried very best to do translation by google), and that was not a problem. It was fun. We have to give special thanks to Tomomi, the staff taking care of us from breakfast to dinner, and even the transport to and from the ryokan. She was very friendly and sweet, absolutely caring. The food, with no doubt, was superb. High quality food and service. After all, we highly recommend this ryokan to all who is looking for a relaxing stay away from the busy city. We would definitely come back next time.
