We had an excellent stay in 楽山. The car park was just opposite to the entrance. The whole ryokan was floored with tatami and that impressed us very much. After taking off our shoes at the entrance, we could walk to all the places inside the building with our socks on, no need for slippers. Our room was absolutely spacious and the in-room bath tub and onsen were simply great. Both the dinner and the breakfast were scrumptious and used luxurious ingredients. The dining place had good privacy for me and my wife to enjoy the meals. Staff introduced the facilities in the ryokan and the cuisines in the restaurant with fluent English. Great hospitality indeed. I'll surely recommend my friends to stay in the ryokan if they visit Izu.
