1. The view and the hot spring is very nice. The dinner service is good but the English communication wasn't so well. 2. The space in the lobby was not friendly to the guest because there's only a few seats for the guest and all the seats in the lobby were smoking seats! So when I want to take a rest in the lobby after a relaxing hot bath or while checking out, I can only just stand or smell the smoking or..... being in the bar which serve a paying drink or being a breakfast hall?! 3. While checked out at morning, I asked the clerk could we leave the bags in the hotel so we could go out easily for a town trip, and then send our bags to the KAWAGUTHIKO station after we finished the sightseeing in the noon. But the answer is NO! Well, it shows somehow unkind to the guest. Base on the cost of the room charge, I think you could do more!
