One driver of the bus got a really bad attitude and bad service. He could not find my reservation name on his list, and I tried to help him. But he didn't let me check my name on his list, and just let the guests who were waiting behind me get on the shuttle without check their reservation name!!! THAT WAS REALLY RUDE!!!
Am I look like a liar? or a fraud suspect? I was really angry with him, and he did not apologize for his miss at all. Although other services in this hotel were good, I think there's no chance for me to visit it again.

I need to complaint of the shuttle bus service.
