I feel that my stay is treated unfairly because the 1st night we arrive too late so only can arrange the ground floor to us, but we request the balance 2nd night to 4th night to change to higher floor, the staff(poor attitude) said need to pay 500 yen per room per night as a cleaning fee. But I only asked to change to higher floor rather than cleaning the room, but the staff only said must pay 500 yen per room per night only. ** Please let me know the ECO room must stay ground floor only?
We arrange not only ground floor but also higher floor to Eco room (for Eco plan), but there was only ground floor upon your check-in. As Eco plan has no room cleaning service, if you change to a new room of higher floor from 2nd night, you will need to pay for the cleaning fee of ¥500 once. ※ Regarding ¥500 per room per night, our hotel staff told you wrong information.
