In General we are satisfied with everything, espcially japanese style hotel. The hotel is good near convinience store and not far from the city. Service is good , staffs are very hellpful and active at front desk and dining room. Room is clean and wide space. Onsen is nice view and mild onsen.

Food is beautiful and we are appreciated very much for preparing vegetarian food for one guest and well prepared small snack in the room. However, we are disappointed one breakfast which is less food than the other day. We expected to have grill fish and raw egg which sometime we put it in the hot pan as usual. But you provided us with fried egg in the hot pan. Many guests who came with me complianed about no fish.
