In general, this hotel is perfect for family travel. Good staff services they can speak English. Perfect location: when you see BIC CAMERA at the JR Kyoto station at the left hand side and turn the corner passing through the APA, there is the hotel. Very convenient but quiet.
There is one thing I would make suggestion: our room is Japanese Style, I cannot find any USB outlet for charging our electronic decvices. Would you consider to add such USB charging facilties at the room.
