Nice staff and comfortable place .
However it is not a traditional hot spring that we need to put the powder into the water by ourself unlike the traditional hot spring

The Deluxe Room you stayed was designed for the guests to enjoy the wonderful scenery of Hakone from the window, where you can enjoy the Daimonji-yaki in front of you in summer and the red leaves in autumn.
Please come again in the different season.
We are very sorry that you could not enjoy natural hotspring in the private bath in your room.
We offer our guests a special plan with a ticket for Yunessun Spa Resort nearby where you can enjoy various types of hotsprings.
Please try it next time.
