UNKIND RULES.
NONSENSE SETTINGS.
TERRIBLE MEAL.
BROKEN EQUIPMENT.
This hotel arranged for a three-year-old child to have dinner at 8:00 pm; it simply doesn't make sense.
The hotel provides tea bags and a coffee machine in the lounge, but there are no cups available.
They place children's and adults' yukatas on different floors.
The kids' meals are all pre-made junk food, and they let us BBQ in a place without smoke extraction equipment.
The Wagyu is also terrible; it's all fat and lacks marbling.
For the personal hot spring.
There is so much putty on the bathtub and the wooden room-plate are super smelly.
The only good thing is the public bath. Room is clean big.
Considering the room and meals for one night, it's only worth $200 US dollars.
