It is quite sad that the food was limited and not tasty when we checked in at 7pm and arrived canteen at 8pm. The room was not clean and with no refreshments provided. We had to make our beds for the night also. It was quite disappointed when I expected to enjoy the hotel with gold award. It might be the worst hotel I visited with awards in rakuten.
