HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!! We stayed at individual house with private hot spring. Room was nice, big, impressive backyard gardening. However this hotel really must do some insects-control. Within 1 night at least 3 six-inches lizards, 1 big cockroach, 2 PALM SIZE SPIDERS inside the room!!! Cleaning maids helped to kill 1 huge spider. Spider ran over our bed they didn't bother to change linens. After midnight A/C not working (already trouble enough), then another HUGE SPIDER appeared. We ran for help...no one at front desk or elsewhere...we had to get rid of it ourselves!! No doubt a nightmare.:( Insects in garden is understandable, but so many inside the room definitely unacceptable!! Also next day we checked out in rush left some clothes in room, we phoned next day but no one bother to check for us nor any feedback. Total disappointment!! Dinner was served in our room in a 'fast food' manner. Food were cold and dry.
