The onsen and service are great buy surprisingly the room and its furniture are old, the carpet is smelly.
Even worse, the electricity plug near the bed is totally off from the wall. The wires are exposed on the carpet that has a risk if the electricity leaks and has its sparks on the carpet, the fire will go immediately and burn everything in the room. Of course, if you are sleeping well, you probably wont able to escape and will burn to death. Please, hotel managment, take care of this issue because it is a very serious matter.
