The unsatisfied issue was that the amount charged for this stay was exceeded. I pay with my credit card and was requested to sign on a computer. The hotel didn't provide me the bank slip but only the 'Description Receipt'; the Balance Due was 29280 yen stated on the receipt and this was correct so I don't have doubt on it. But when I return to Hong Kong and check there were total 29680 yen being charged. The 400 yen was the points credit by 楽天 but not deducted by this Hotel. How this will happen? I'm quite angry about this experience since 400楽天 points were gone but not in proper used. Any solution for me?
