The hotel is a bit overrated. Although the location is good, next to the river and has a good view, the room cleanliness and hotel service fall short of my expectation given the price.

We do apologize to all of your family for letting you down because of our poor service, cleanliness, and the price.
Unfortunately, due to deterioration over time for 20 years since the building had built, it is hard to deny the aging of our facilities.
