As a receptionist, the attitude of the old woman in glasses and curly hair on the front desk is extremely lousy!!
The notice of ''Take off your shoes once you walk out from the lift'' is unclear.
Not everyone else will walk just keeping his/her eyesight on the feet and the main point is your notice is in Japanese only!
How can you yelling with the customer who didn't know that weird rule formulatd by your hotel only?
Better not doing any business with the foreigner again!!
Also, her English expression and comprehension are under average too!!
I told her I just wanted to leave my luggage before check-in but she still misunderstood I was going to stay immediately. During our conversation, her response was very rude and impolite.
This is the WORST hotel service I experienced in Japan ever.
