Obviously, their bed is not clean and which resulted in my illness. I told the clerk what happened to me right away. The sickness made me very very uncomfortable and could not sleep whole night. The clerk gave me some medicine bit it didn't work. She only said she is sorry. I even had to find the doctor by myself. They broke my vacation. I communicated with the hotel several times. What they did was keeping saying sorry and apologize, but they refused to admit it's their fault. They said : It never happen before. We don't know why it happen to you.
It's too ridicious. I'll never stay in this hotel again.

After we noticed about the matter, we have been trying to find the cause of this problem. However we could not find any harmful insect. And also, It has not been happened same case in our hotel so far. So it is still not clear whether the matter happend because of our guest room. Besides we think, Our base for hygiene is not solow, It is the same as the other hotels. As you point out the attitude of our staff,we reflect that, and we have taken steps to ensure that this will not happen again. We always do our best for all of our guests, and it will not be changed. We apologize to you for your feeling and we are keeping up to wake every effort. We really hope you are getting better soon.
