1.The bed is old enough and depressed. I can not sleep well. 2.I buy something from internet.The package has been delivered to the hotel in 3/31 already,but counter staff not inform me. I take it from counter in 4/1 evening about 20:00.... I am worry ,because I will check out in 4/2 morning.

There are two opinions as below:
1.The bed is old enough and depressed. I can not sleep well.
