The location is easy to find. Parking is convenient. Need take baggage to a bit of slope and then some steps. Then, as no lift in the hotel, staffs will help to take the baggage to room. But when check out, we take by myself. The hot spring area is very small, dark, foggy. Water is too hot for me. The hotel is new and decoration is beautiful. Room is large and clean. Well designed and modern. Have free massage machine. The included breakfast is ok. Service of staffs are ok.

Zao hot spring is now in the winter season. You can enjoy ski jumping and snow monsters. Please take a look because it is powerful when you look near it.
