I sent email for the delay, and received the reply a few days later. I phoned to the hotel, but the receptionist just mentioned no one know how to speak English, I need to walk to the hotel when I arrived. And when the receptionist asked do I need the shuttle bus to 山形， I said yes but no seat is available for me. But anyway, This hotel must be good for local.
